Iryna Rychko is the owner of Easy as Pie Tutoring LLC, a company with two locations in Miami, FL and Fort Collins, CO. She began tutoring independently while in college and later grew her company to provide services for Vocational Rehabilitation, private clients and Behavior Therapy services. Established in 2012, her company helped hundreds of struggling students, with and without disability while providing highly competitive wages for the tutors ($25-$30 per hour). Iryna taught kindergarten and first grade, worked as a behavior technician, tutored for Sylvan Learning Center as well as her own private clients. All those experiences make her an excellent candidate to be sharing the knowledge of the tutoring trade. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and an expert on human behavior and the process of learning.
