Understanding Behavior
How your body interacts with your environment
This course is a 30 minute long condensed nontechnical language description of basic rules of behavior as discovered by the Science of Behavior at the end of the 20th century. This knowledge is introduced in bachelors and masters degree programs at the contemporary educational institutions for approximately $10,000.
Familiarize yourselves with basic behavior laws and dive into deeper analysis of human behavior as well as deeper understanding of the industrial organizations' usage of the science of behavior to manipulate human behavior.

Your Instructor
Iryna Rychko, M.A., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), entrepreneur, and educator with more than a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She specializes in developing evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism and other developmental disabilities while mentoring the next generation of behavior analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Since becoming a BCBA, she has provided clinical services, supervised aspiring BCBAs and BCaBAs, and led multidisciplinary teams focused on improving meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Spanish, Iryna is passionate about expanding access to quality behavioral healthcare and professional education. Her work combines clinical excellence, mentorship, and entrepreneurship to improve services for individuals with developmental disabilities while helping build a stronger, more ethical ABA workforce.
Iryna is the President and Clinical Director of Easy as Pie Tutoring, provider of behavioral services in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her organizations emphasize ethical, individualized, and data-driven treatment while supporting culturally responsive care for diverse communities.
